All products are sent using Royal Mail Tracked with Signature service for secure delivery. As most of my work is made to order, I aim to dispatch orders within 7 working days. If you need something urgently, please get in touch, and I'll do my best to accommodate your request. Returns are accepted within 14 days (personalised items are non-returnable unless faulty).
