Each piece of jewellery is handmade with care in sterling silver and glass. To keep your jewellery looking its best, please follow these simple guidelines:
Avoid water & chemicals → Remove jewellery before swimming, showering, or using cleaning products.
Store carefully → Keep jewellery in its box or a soft pouch when not in use, to prevent scratches or tangling.
Polish gently → Sterling silver naturally develops a patina over time. Use a soft silver polishing cloth to restore shine. Avoid abrasive cleaners.
Handle with care → Glass elements are strong but can be damaged if dropped or knocked.
Last on, first off → Put jewellery on after applying lotions, perfumes, or hairspray, and take it off before bed.
If you have purchased memorial jewellery, you are covered by my 5-year repair warranty. Please contact me if your piece ever needs care or repair within this time.
Whilst the glass jewels we make are very strong (think marbles) we recommend that you do not drop glass or enamelled jewellery.
Please visit your local jeweller to accurately measure your ring size.
Alternatively, you can order a ring sizer from me for a small cost. Once you place your order, I’ll send the ring sizer to you, and you can message me with your size.
Cremation ashes rings → A ring sizer is sent as standard with the ashes collection package.
Please note: I cannot be held responsible for inaccurate ring size measurements. Any resizing required after purchase will need to be covered by the customer.
I want you to feel completely confident in your jewellery. If you have any concerns with your order, please contact me and I will do everything I can to help.
Ready-to-ship jewellery → Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the jewellery is unworn, in original condition, and returned in its original packaging. The customer is responsible for return postage costs, and a refund will be processed once the piece is safely returned.
Made-to-order art jewellery → These pieces are made especially for you, and are non-refundable and non-returnable unless faulty. If there is a problem, please get in touch and I will work with you to resolve it.
Memorial jewellery → I want you to truly love your memorial piece. For this reason, I offer a 6-month no-quibble returns policy. If for any reason you change your mind, you may return your memorial jewellery within this period for a full refund. In addition, all memorial jewellery comes with a 5-year repair warranty for your peace of mind.
Please note that small variations are a natural result of handmade jewellery and are part of what makes each piece unique.
We have a few options for delivery which you can choose at checkout. Delivery is free if you spend £150 or more.
We use Royal Mail Special Delivery which promises delivery the next day and requires a signature upon delivery if you want your order quickly.
We also use Royal Mail Tracked 24 with Signature
and Royal Mail Tracked 48 if you are happy to wait.
Please note the delivery is after the date of dispatch and not after the order date. We cannot be held responsible for parcels not being delivered on time if the recipient is not in to take delivery. If you need to make alternative delivery address arrangements, let us know.
Ready-to-ship jewellery → dispatched within 1 week.
Memorial jewellery → dispatched within 2 weeks if unhallmarked, or 4 weeks if hallmarking is required.
Made-to-order art jewellery → dispatched within 2 weeks if unhallmarked, or 4 weeks if hallmarking is required.
All jewellery is securely packaged and sent with tracking for peace of mind. You’ll receive a dispatch confirmation once your order has been shipped.
I work entirely by hand because I have a more intimate connection with the materials when I saw-pierce, punch, and shape them myself.
