At Tracy Millar Jewellery, I take great pride in creating beautiful, handcrafted pieces that I hope you’ll love. However, if something isn’t quite right, I’m here to help.
I know this isn’t just jewellery — it’s a connection to someone you love.
Every piece I make carries deep meaning, and my promise is simple: if it’s not exactly as you hoped, I will put it right. You can trust that I’ll treat you, your jewellery and your loved one’s memory with the care and respect they deserve.
If you’re not completely happy with your memorial piece, I will work with you to make it right — whether that means adjusting it, remaking it, or offering you a full (no-quibble) refund.
From the day you receive your jewellery, you have six months to return it for a full refund. This applies even if it has been worn or no longer has its original packaging. If you don’t love it, I don’t want you to keep it and I will cover any UK return postal costs.
If your piece develops a fault due to my workmanship or materials within five years, I will repair or replace it free of charge. Normal wear and tear is expected, but if something happens that shouldn’t, I’ll make it right. Again I will cover any UK return postal costs.
Every memorial commission is made with care, respect, and the highest standards of craftsmanship. I want you to feel completely confident and at peace when you choose me to create something so meaningful.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund. Please get in touch within 14 days of receiving your item to initiate the return process.

Please note: Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless faulty. We cannot be held liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items during return shipping.

Refunds will be processed within 10 days of receiving the returned item, assuming it meets our policy. Returns received outside the stated timeline may be accepted at our discretion.

Faulty goods can be returned within 30 days of delivery if due to a manufacturing fault. Each item will be assessed. Damage caused by wear and tear or accidental damage does not qualify as faulty.
Received a gift without a receipt? We’re happy to offer a credit note for the current item value. Items must be unworn and in original packaging.
Changed your mind? Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After that, we may not be able to issue a refund if your item is already in production.
