Brooch in brass with glass jewel.

The glass jewel is made by fusing amber glass with copper, incorporating the Shirley design with heart-shaped details. The copper remains fused to the glass, creating a rich surface with natural colour variation.

The surrounding brass has been hand-sawn and cut, echoing the heart motif around the edge. All elements are made individually.
