Formed and finished by hand, it may carry subtle variations and marks from the making process. These are an inherent part of the work and are not considered defects.
All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
Prices may be adjusted at any time. Payment is required in full at the time of purchase, and orders will not be processed until payment has been received.
Made-to-order and personalised pieces are non-refundable unless faulty (see Returns & Refunds).
Please ensure all details are correct when placing your order, as changes cannot be made once making has begun.
Orders are usually dispatched within 3 working days.
Items are shipped via Royal Mail. Shipping options and costs are calculated at checkout.
Returns are accepted on non-personalised items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are returned unworn and in original condition.

If an item arrives faulty, please make contact within 14 days of delivery. A replacement or refund will be arranged at no additional cost.

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
After this time, orders may already be in progress and cancellation may not be possible. If you need to cancel an order, please get in touch as soon as possible.
